Loula’s Rockin Creations is a U.S.-based small business offering handmade products such as keychains, pacifier clips, ink pens, baby blankets, and diaper cakes. We also provide event services for baby showers, gender reveals, and birthday parties, including setup and takedown.

2. Eligibility

Our services and products are available to individuals residing in the United States who are at least 18 years old or using our site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Services

Physical Products:

• All products are handcrafted, so slight variations may occur.

• Custom orders may require additional time to process.

Services:

• Event setup/takedown services must be booked in advance.

• A service agreement and deposit may be required to confirm booking.

4. Orders & Payments

• We currently accept payments through Stripe, and may integrate Square in the future.

• Payment is due at the time of order or service booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Products are shipped within the U.S. only.

• Delivery times vary based on order volume and shipping location.

• Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item is received and inspected.

7. Cancellations (Services)

• Event services must be canceled at least 7 days in advance for a full refund of any deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

8. User Accounts

• Customers may be required to create an account to place orders or book services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loula’s Rockin Creations is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries related to our silicone bead products.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Event services are subject to availability and weather or venue-related conditions.

10. Privacy

• We collect personal information (like name, address, email, and phone number) to fulfill orders and communicate with you.

• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as needed to complete your transaction (e.g., payment processing or shipping).
